1. The original holder's ID card or passport or valid identification document of all account holders;
2. The original proof of the address of all account holders (such as utility documents, bank statements, etc., issued within three months);
3. Proof of financial status (if needed).

11. Address proof of ultimate beneficiary
12. Register of Directors (Company incorporated overseas)
13. Register of Members (Company incorporated overseas)
14. Certificate of incumbency or good standing (issued within 6 months) (Company incorporated overseas)
The above documents should be certified by lawyer or certified public accountant.
